A Cry for Help That Began in Childhood

Dear Pastor Nate,

I pray this testimony blesses you and brings glory to God for the miracle He has done in my life. All I’ve ever wanted was to serve God—but for years, I could not break free from strongholds. Deliverance Revolution Ministries has been the answer to my prayers.

My struggle began early. My brothers gave me alcohol when I was only five years old, and they thought it was funny. But growing up in a violent home, alcohol quickly became my escape. Even at that young age, I cried out to God for deliverance.

A Life of Addiction, Trauma, and Darkness

By age 10, I was using marijuana. By 15, I had moved on to hard drugs. Between the ages of 14 and 31, I was incarcerated 42 times. I spent 10 years homeless.

During those years, I experienced deep trauma—I endured abuse, lived in survival mode, and made destructive choices.

Yet even in darkness, there was a hunger for God.

Caught Between Two Worlds: Addiction and Calling

Despite everything, I kept seeking God. My flesh craved drugs, but my spirit longed to preach.

There were times I would get high, then open a Bible and preach to others around me. Even in broken places, God still used my voice to reach people. Some even left that lifestyle and changed completely.

However, I was also opening doors to spiritual darkness. Over time, the oppression became intense. I experienced torment, fear, and constant spiritual attacks.

Spiritual Warfare and Near Death Experiences

For years, I battled what I now understand as demonic oppression. I had terrifying nightmares, physical attacks in my sleep, and lived in constant unrest.

Therefore, I came close to death many times—through violence, addiction, and even suicide attempts. But God, in His mercy, kept me alive.

Eventually, I began seeking Him more seriously. Although I still struggled with alcohol, I became desperate for true freedom.

Encountering True Deliverance Through Jesus Christ

Everything changed when I connected with Deliverance Revolution Ministries.

Within a short time, I experienced complete deliverance from drugs and alcohol. So, for the first time in my life, I had zero cravings. The chains were broken.

After my first deliverance session, self-baptism, and a powerful encounter with the Holy Spirit, I became a new creation.

I can now clearly hear God’s voice. God fills every day with peace, direction, and joy.

From Torment to Peace: A Transformed Life

For years, I suffered from severe sleep issues and spiritual torment at night. Doctors said I had sleep apnea, but nothing helped.

Now, I sleep peacefully.

Instead of nightmares, my nights are filled with prayer. My wife even tells me I speak in tongues while I sleep. I wake up refreshed, restored, and full of life.
