A Daily Cry for Mercy and Deliverance

Heavenly Father,

I come before You today, broken and desperate, crying out for Your mercy over my life. O God of compassion, hear me! Because of Your mercies, I have not been consumed. Your compassions never fail—they are new every morning, and Your faithfulness is great.

Do not hide Your face from me, Lord. Reach out with Your mighty hand to save and deliver me. You are the God whose hand is never too short to rescue, whose ears are never too dull to hear.

Thank You

for Your unfailing love toward me. How precious is Your lovingkindness, O God. I take refuge under the shadow of Your wings. You are faithful, even in the midst of my storms. You go before me, You are with me, and You will never leave me nor forsake me. I will not fear, nor will I be dismayed.

Let Your mercy, O Lord, triumph over every judgment in my life today. Though judgment comes without mercy to those who have shown none, I cling to the truth that mercy always prevails.

Father God,

apart from You, I am nothing. I abide in You as a branch clings to the vine, for without You I can do nothing. Please step into my situation with Your mighty power. Is anything too hard for You? You are the Lord, the God of all flesh— nothing is impossible with You.

Snatch me from every pit of destruction, Lord, and set my feet on the Rock. Raise me up out of the miry clay, and establish my steps upon solid ground.

O Mighty God,

send confusion into the camp of my enemies. Cause every evil power fighting me to turn back in defeat. Let every spirit on assignment to ruin me be bound and subdued right now in Jesus’ name. You said what we bind on earth is bound in heaven—so I bind every force of darkness coming against my life.

Demons sent to destroy my destiny, I command you to flee in terror! I submit to God and resist you. Flee now in the mighty name of Jesus!

Lord,

fight every unseen battle that surrounds my life. I will stand still and see Your salvation, for You are with me. Let every gathering of darkness against me be scattered by holy fire—let them flee before Your presence.

Every enemy plotting my downfall, let them fall into the very traps they have laid. Let the net they’ve hidden catch them instead, and let their own destruction overtake them.

I am covered by the precious blood of Jesus, and through that blood, I overcome. No weapon formed against me shall prevail. Every tongue that rises in judgment, I condemn—it shall not stand.

Destruction has no place in my life, my family, my destiny, or my purpose. Though the thief comes to steal, kill, and destroy, I declare that I have life in Christ— abundant, full, and overflowing.

I command

every spirit of ruin and disaster attacking my mind, my will, my health, my finances, and my calling to be consumed by the fire of the Holy Spirit. For my God is a consuming fire!

Blood-drinking and flesh-eating spirits assigned to devour me—turn on yourselves! May you eat your own flesh and be drunk on your own blood, for this is the judgment of the Lord.

I declare

paralysis upon every power of darkness waging war against my purpose. I trample over serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy— nothing shall by any means harm me.

Holy Ghost, arise! Visit the camp of my enemies and burn their strongholds to the ground. Tear down every wall erected against my progress, for the weapons of my warfare are mighty through God to pull down strongholds.

I bear

the mark of the Lord Jesus Christ. Therefore, let no evil touch me, and let no demon trouble me.

Every evil proclamation or curse spoken over my life—I cancel it now! There is no sorcery or divination that can stand against God’s people. Every demonic decree against me has been wiped away, nailed to the cross, and taken out of the way.

Each attempt to rob me of my joy is frustrated now, for the Lord frustrates the plans of the crafty so their hands cannot perform their wickedness.

Every stubborn spirit pursuing me—fall and stumble! Let your way be dark and slippery, and let the angel of the Lord pursue you to destruction.

I break

every satanic mirror and monitoring device used to observe my life. Let every demonic counsel come to nothing, for God is with me and their words will not stand.

Father God,

restore everything that the enemy has stolen. Restore the years that the locust has eaten. Redeem my life from destruction and crown me with lovingkindness and tender mercies.

I declare that the destroyer cannot touch me or my household. The blood of Jesus is on my doorposts, and no destruction shall come near. Within my borders there shall be no wasting or ruin. My walls shall be salvation and my gates praise.

Lead me, God,

along the narrow path that leads to life. Keep me from the broad road that leads to destruction.

Cast out the spirit of Mammon from my life and my city. Let me not fall into the snares of those who chase after riches and drown in ruin.

Keep watch over my mouth, Lord. Let me not be ensnared by foolish speech. A fool’s mouth leads to his destruction—let that not be my portion.

Surround me with a wall of fire, O Lord, and be the glory in my midst.

Now, Father God,

I cry out even more—open the eyes of my heart to behold the glory of Jesus. Enlighten my understanding so I may know the hope to which I am called. Open my ears to hear Your voice clearly, for I am Your sheep and I follow You alone.

Break every yoke that burdens me. Let the anointing destroy every bondage that keeps me from fully repenting and rejoicing in You. Show me every hidden sin and wickedness within me. Convict me, Lord Jesus, that I may turn to You in purity and truth.

Bring me out of every shadow of darkness and into the light of Your kingdom. Rescue me from the dominion of evil and establish me in the love of the Son.

Save me, Lord

fully and completely that You alone may receive the glory!

Satan, I silence you now in Jesus’ name! I bind your lies, your torment, and your interference. You will not hinder my soul. The God of peace will soon crush you under my feet.

I claim my free will to choose Christ. I renounce all demonic manipulation and receive grace to surrender completely to Jesus.

Lord God,

release Your mighty warring angels around me. Let them wage war against every demonic activity in my atmosphere. Let Your ministering angels draw near to strengthen and encourage me, guiding me closer to You each day.

Thank You, Father, that I shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the Lord!

Thank You for hearing my cry and bringing mighty deliverance into my life.

In the powerful and matchless name of Jesus Christ,

Amen and Amen.

Lord, Help Me Never Forget You – Powerful Prayer

Watch/Listen to Pastor Nate’s reading of this prayer here!

Lord, Help Me Never Forget You

Father God,

I come before You today with a trembling heart, broken and contrite, yet grateful. Lord, I remember where I was when You found me. I remember the pit I was in, the chains that held me, the lies I believed, and the destruction I was walking toward. Jesus, I remember the numbness, the despair, and the shame that I carried day after day. And I remember how You stepped into my wilderness—not to condemn me, but to lead me out.

Lord, I never want to forget You.

I never want to forget the One who parted the waters when there was no way forward.

Lord, I never want to forget the One who brought water from the rock when I was dry and empty.

I never want to forget the One who fed me manna from heaven when I had no strength left of my own.

You are the God of mercy, the God of deliverance, the God of endless patience. And You are my God.

Even when I rebelled, You were faithful. Even when I ran from You, You followed me. When I hardened my heart, You gently broke it again. When I lifted myself up in pride, You lovingly humbled me—not to destroy me, but to heal me. You disciplined me as a father disciplines a son. And now I know: it was all love. Every trial, every test, every wilderness—it was Your way of forming my heart to walk in Your ways.

So today I pray, O God, help me remember.

Let me never forget how far You’ve brought me.

Lord, let me never forget what I was without You.

Let me never look at my life, my progress, my blessings—and say, “My hand has done this.”

Your Word says in Deuteronomy 8:

“Beware that you do not forget the Lord your God…when you have eaten and are full…and when your silver and gold are multiplied…then your heart be lifted up, and you forget the Lord your God who brought you out of the land of Egypt, from the house of bondage.” (verses. 11–14)

Lord, I’ve seen this pattern in myself. I’ve seen how easy it is to seek You in the storm, and then grow comfortable in the blessing. I’ve seen how easy it is to cry out in desperation, and then neglect You in peace. How quickly I can forget the sweetness of dependence—how quickly I exchange the Bread of Life for the crumbs of self-reliance.

Forgive me, Lord.

Forgive me for every time I’ve let pride sneak in.

Oh, God, forgive me for every time I looked in the mirror and gave myself the glory for what You alone did.

Forgive me when I began to think I had things under control—when I leaned on my own understanding, when I put my trust in people, positions, or possessions.

Forgive me for forgetting You.

You warned me, Lord. You said the danger wasn’t just in famine—it was in fullness.

Not just in scarcity, but in surplus.

Not just in the wilderness, but in the land of plenty.

And I confess that in times of plenty, I’ve let my heart drift.

I’ve rationalized my compromises, justified my bad habits, blamed others when things went wrong, I’ve excused myself from accountability, I’ve gotten overconfident, even arrogant, forgetting that I am nothing apart from You.

I renounce

the lies that try to steal Your glory:

denial, the lie that tells me I’m fine without You.

projection, the lie that blames others for my mess.

rationalization, the lie that makes excuses for my sin.

justification, the lie that makes me a victim instead of a responsible son or daughter.

self-righteousness, the lie that blinds me to my own faults while magnifying the faults of others.

overconfidence, the lie that whispers, “You’ve arrived. You’ve got this. You don’t need to pray like you used to.”

hostility, the anger that builds up when pride is confronted, when truth hits too close, or when I feel exposed.

All of these are traps. They are the enemy’s whispers to lure me back into bondage. But I reject them, Lord. I tear them down. I cast them out, in Jesus’ name.

You’ve called me to walk in humility—not just when I’m broken, but when I’m blessed.

Lord,

You’ve called me to obedience—not just when I’m desperate, but when I’m strong.

You’ve called me to intimacy—not just when I’m hurting, but always.

Help me to remember that every good thing comes from You.

Every breath, every breakthrough, every blessing.

The ability to work, to earn, to think, to create, to overcome—all of it is from You.

Without You, I fall apart. Without You, I wander back to Egypt.

But with You, I walk in purpose, peace, and power.

Father, teach me to walk with You in every season.

When I’m hungry, teach me to depend on You, when I’m full, teach me to bless You. when I’m low, teach me to lift my eyes, and when I’m lifted, teach me to bow my heart.

Let me never be so rich in the world that I become poor in spirit.

Let me never be so strong in self that I forget the power of the cross.

Help me to treasure Your Word above all.

Let it be my daily bread.

May it be the anchor for my thoughts and the light for my path. Let me not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds from Your mouth.

You are my source, not just for provision—but for purpose.

My shepherd, not just when I’m lost—but when I’m found.

My Father, not just when I’m weak—but when I’m walking strong.

Lord, keep me close.

Even when things are going well, let me stay desperate for You.

Let me hunger for Your presence, even in abundance.

Let me worship You, not because I need something, but because You are worthy of everything.

Lord, I invite You to search my heart again.

Shine Your light into every hidden place.

If there’s pride, remove it. Idolatry, expose it.

If there’s forgetfulness, awaken me.

I don’t want to be a people who praise You with our lips but forget You in our hearts.

You are the God who brings water from the rock.

Jesus, You are the God who leads through the fire.

You are the God who makes a way where there is no way.

And You are the same yesterday, today, and forever.

I remember You now.

And I make this vow:

I will not forget You.

Not in blessing, breakthrough, abundance, comfort, nor in prosperity.

I will not forget You, Lord.

Lord, I will serve You all the days of my life.

Obey You, not out of duty, but out of love.

Walk humbly before You, knowing that every step forward is a gift from You.

Glorify You, not just in song, but in the way I live, the way I give, the way I forgive, and the way I speak of You.

And when the temptation comes to take credit for what You’ve done—remind me of the wilderness.

When pride whispers that I’ve arrived—remind me of the pit You pulled me from.

Lord, when my heart grows cold—ignite it again with holy fire.

When I grow complacent—shake me with holy conviction.

I would rather be broken with You than blessed without You.

So today, Father, I recommit myself to Your hands.

My heart, my mind, my soul, my strength—it’s all Yours.

Teach me to live in remembrance.

Let gratitude be the song of my life.

Worship be my posture.

Obedience be my response.

And love for You be the burning center of everything I do.

Lord, You are my God.

My Deliverer, my Sustainer, my Portion, my Everything.

And I will remember You—not just today, but always.

In the name of Jesus Christ,

the Faithful One,

the Bread of Heaven,

the Rock of Ages—

I pray, Amen.

Prayer to Walk in the Love of God Toward Others

(Based on 1 Corinthians 13, NKJV)

Heavenly Father,

In the name of Jesus Christ, I come before You with a sincere heart, desiring to walk in Your perfect love. Your Word declares that if I speak with the tongues of men and angels but have not love, I am nothing more than a clanging cymbal. Lord, I do not want to be a noise without substance. I want to be a vessel of Your love and power.

Though I may prophesy, understand mysteries, possess deep knowledge, or even have faith that moves mountains—if I do not love, I am nothing. Let love be the foundation of all I do. Deliver me from empty religious works and give me the heart of Christ that pours out love on others.

Even if I give everything I have to the poor and surrender my body to hardship and sacrifice, but do not have love, it profits me nothing. So, Lord, fill me with Your love that transforms motives, actions, and attitudes.

Let Your love be made perfect in me. Make me patient and kind. Remove envy, pride, and boasting far from me. Teach me not to dishonor others, not to be self-seeking or easily provoked. Help me to let go of offense and to keep no record of wrongs.

Teach me to rejoice not in evil but in the truth. Make my love strong—one that always protects, always trusts, always hopes, and always perseveres.

Because Your Word says love never fails, I choose to walk in the unfailing love of Jesus Christ. Let prophecies, tongues, and knowledge take their rightful place, but let love reign as the greatest and most enduring gift in my life.

Mature me, Lord. Help me put away childish ways of thinking, speaking, and reacting. Help me to grow in grace and see others through the eyes of eternity, not through broken lenses.

I may only know in part now, but I long for the day I will know You fully, just as I am fully known. Until then, help me to abide in faith, hope, and love. But above all, help me to walk in love, because love is the greatest.

Holy Spirit, flood my heart with the love of God. Make me a reflection of Christ’s compassion in this world. Let my words be laced with grace, my actions guided by mercy, and my thoughts purified by love. Teach me to forgive, to bless, and to serve without expecting anything in return.

In every relationship, every encounter, and every decision, let the love of God be the ruling force within me. Make me a living testimony of 1 Corinthians 13—a true disciple of Jesus, known not by gifts, but by love.

Seven Love Declarations (in Jesus’ name):

I declare that the love of God has been poured into my heart by the Holy Spirit, and I walk in that love daily. (Romans 5:5)

I declare that I am patient, kind, and free from envy, pride, and selfishness, because the love of Christ lives in me. I declare that I forgive quickly, hold no grudges, and keep no record of wrongs, for I am governed by the love of Jesus.

I declare that I rejoice in truth, not in evil, and I am a peacemaker in all my dealings. I declare that I will protect, trust, hope, and persevere in love through every situation and relationship.

I declare that I am rooted and grounded in love, and I am being filled with all the fullness of God. (Ephesians 3:17–19)

I declare that love never fails, and because I walk in love, I will not fail—I will overcome evil with good. (Romans 12:21)

In Jesus’ name I pray, Amen.

Prayer for God’s Love, Love for God, and Love for Others

(With Binding and Loosing in Jesus’ Name)

Heavenly Father, Abba, my God of love,

I come before You today with a heart that thirsts for more of You, more of Your love, more of Your presence, and more of Your truth. I lay down every distraction, every wound, and every weight of this world that has tried to rob me of experiencing the fullness of Your love. I humble myself before Your throne, crying out for a deeper revelation of Your everlasting, steadfast, and unconditional love.

Lord, I acknowledge that You are love (1 John 4:8). You do not merely show love or feel love — You are the very essence of love itself. Therefore, to know You is to know love, and to love is to reflect who You are. Father, I long to know You in this way. I long to love You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength — and to love others as You have commanded me to.

1. Thank You for Loving Me First

“We love Him because He first loved us.” – 1 John 4:19 (NKJV)

Lord, before I ever knew You, You loved me. Before I ever thought of seeking You, You had already sent Your Son to die for me. Thank You, Father, for the cross — the greatest demonstration of love in all eternity. Thank You for pursuing me, redeeming me, washing me, forgiving me, and calling me Your child.

Let Your love be more than head knowledge. Let it pierce my heart and heal every wound left by rejection, abandonment, abuse, betrayal, or shame. I loose myself from every lie that says I am unworthy of love, unworthy of acceptance, or too broken to be restored. In Jesus’ name, I bind every demonic spirit of rejection, self-hatred, condemnation, and fear that would block my ability to receive the love of God.

I loose the spirit of adoption, the spirit of truth, and the Holy Spirit of love to flood every part of my soul. Let the love of God be poured into my heart through the Holy Spirit who has been given to me (Romans 5:5). Thank You that nothing can separate me from Your love — not death, not life, not angels, not demons, not my past, not my failures, not the present, not the future, not height nor depth, nothing in all creation (Romans 8:38-39)!

2. Help Me Love You with All My Heart

“Because Your lovingkindness is better than life, my lips shall praise You.” – Psalm 63:3 (NKJV)

Father, I do not want to live a dry, mechanical life of religion. I want a fiery love relationship with You! Ignite my heart again. Let my love for You not be shallow or conditional. Let it not depend on how I feel, but let it be anchored in deep covenant devotion. Cause me to love what You love and hate what You hate. Let my obedience be birthed from love, not fear or obligation.

Break down every idol in my heart — every affection that tries to rise above You. I bind the spirit of idolatry, distraction, and lukewarmness. I bind the spirit of spiritual apathy and I loose the fire of the Holy Ghost to burn within me. Baptize me with Your Spirit and with fire! Create in me a clean heart and renew a right spirit within me. Restore unto me the joy of Your salvation and uphold me with Your generous Spirit.

Lord Jesus, I want to know You. I want to sit at Your feet like Mary. I want to behold Your beauty and hear Your voice. Draw me close and remove every barrier that would keep me from full intimacy with You. My heart is Yours.

3. Teach Me to Love Others as You Love Me

“Dear friends, let us love one another, for love comes from God. Everyone who loves has been born of God and knows God.” – 1 John 4:7 (NKJV)

Father, I confess that sometimes it’s hard to love people. Sometimes my heart is guarded, my patience is thin, and my compassion is weak. But I know that true love is not rooted in my emotions — it’s rooted in You. Lord, change me. Fill me with the fruit of the Spirit — love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control (Galatians 5:22-23).

Help me to forgive those who have wronged me. I release bitterness, resentment, and hatred. I loose mercy, grace, and reconciliation. I bind the spirit of unforgiveness, division, and offense, and I loose the spirit of unity, compassion, and healing over every broken relationship in my life. Lord, help me to see others the way You see them — with eyes of love.

Let me be slow to anger, abounding in mercy, just as You are. Let me love not just in words, but in action and in truth. Teach me to love my enemies, to bless those who curse me, to do good to those who hate me, and to pray for those who spitefully use me. This kind of love is impossible without You — so I ask for a supernatural impartation of agape love through Your Spirit.

4. Let My Life Be a Testimony of Love

“By this all will know that you are My disciples, if you have love for one another.” – John 13:35 (NKJV)

Father, I want my life to scream “Jesus loves you.” Let my attitude, my words, and my actions reflect the love of Christ. Let me carry Your presence wherever I go. May my home be filled with love, may my friendships be rooted in love, may my ministry be led by love, and may my voice declare Your love to the broken, the rejected, and the lost.

Make me an agent of love in a loveless world. I bind the spirit of hatred, division, racism, violence, and cruelty that grips our culture. I loose the kingdom of God — righteousness, peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost — over my city, my family, my church, and this generation. Use me to reach the hurting and to love the unlovable.

Lord, Your Word says that even if I have prophetic powers, understand all mysteries, and have faith to move mountains — but have not love — I am nothing (1 Corinthians 13:2). So, teach me the more excellent way: love.

5. Saturate Me in the Revelation of Your Love

“The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases; His mercies never come to an end; they are new every morning; great is Your faithfulness.” – Lamentations 3:22-23 (NKJV)

God, I want to live daily in the awareness of Your love. Let me wake up every morning knowing I am deeply loved. Let me go to sleep each night secure in Your embrace. Erase every false image I’ve believed about You — that You’re distant, angry, or withholding. Reveal Yourself to me as Abba, the One who delights in me and rejoices over me with singing (Zephaniah 3:17).

Lord, I bind every stronghold in my mind that exalts itself against the knowledge of God’s love. I tear down the lies of the enemy that tell me I’m not enough, I’ve gone too far, or I can’t be forgiven. I loose the truth of Your Word into my mind and heart: I am fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14), I am chosen (Ephesians 1:4), I am beloved (Colossians 3:12), and I am Yours (Isaiah 43:1).

Let Your perfect love cast out every fear. Let it deliver me from the fear of rejection, fear of failure, fear of abandonment, and fear of punishment. Your love is my safety and my identity.

6. Let the Church Walk in Love

“Above all things have fervent love for one another, for ‘love will cover a multitude of sins.’” – 1 Peter 4:8 (NKJV)

Lord, let Your Bride — the Church — be known not for buildings or platforms, but for love. Cleanse us of pride, competition, jealousy, and slander. Unite us in one heart and one Spirit. Let love be the banner over every ministry, every sermon, every outreach, and every gathering.

Raise up leaders who walk in humility and love. Heal the wounds between denominations. Let us be a city on a hill, a light in the darkness — not because of our perfection, but because of Your love flowing through us. Help us love the broken, the outcast, the sinner, and the stranger. Let our love not be selective or performative, but pure and Christlike.

I bind the spirit of division and strife in the Church and loose the spirit of unity, humility, and compassion in Jesus’ name!

7. A Prayer to Abide in Love Daily

“So now faith, hope, and love abide, these three; but the greatest of these is love.” – 1 Corinthians 13:13 (NKJV)

Father, let me live a lifestyle of love. Not just moments of love, not just acts of kindness, but abiding love. Teach me to remain in Your love — to abide in Christ as the vine, knowing that apart from Him I can do nothing.

May love become the motive behind my decisions, my ministry, my prayers, my conversations, and my service. May I never seek recognition but seek to glorify You in all things. May I never love to be loved in return, but love selflessly, sacrificially, sincerely.

Jesus, You said, “By this all will know that you are My disciples — if you have love for one another.” (John 13:35) So let that be my mark, my identity — LOVE.

Final Declaration and Amen

Father, thank You for hearing my prayer. I know You delight in answering when we call. Your Word declares, “Call to Me and I will answer you, and show you great and mighty things, which you do not know.” (Jeremiah 33:3)

I declare in Jesus’ name:

I am loved by God. I love God with all my heart. I love others through the power of the Holy Spirit. I bind every spirit of fear, hatred, bitterness, and pride. I loose divine love, grace, unity, healing, and mercy. I will walk in love every day of my life — and love will never fail.

In the mighty, matchless, unshakable name of Jesus Christ, Amen!

A Prayer to Return to the Lord – Inspired by Hosea 6:1-3

Father God,

I come before You now—broken, weary, and aware of how far I have strayed. Lord, I feel the ache of distance between us, and I long to come home. My soul cries out with the words of Hosea: “Come, let us return to the Lord!” And so I come. Not with pride, not with excuses, but with a heart that knows it needs healing.

Lord,

You have torn me—not out of cruelty, but out of love. You wounded me, not to destroy me, but to wake me up, to draw me back, to cleanse me. And now, You promise to heal. You say that after two days, You will revive. On the third day, You will restore. You promise life in Your presence once again—and Lord, that is what I desire most.

I acknowledge You, God.

I press on to know You—not just in passing, not just on the surface, but deeply, personally, and intimately. You said You would come to me like the rain—gentle, nourishing, life-giving. And I believe You will. Even if the soil of my heart has grown dry and cracked, You are the rain that restores life. You are the Living Water that revives the soul.

Forgive me, Father

—for every time I turned away from You. For every time I chased my own way, trusted in idols, looked to people or possessions or pleasures to fill the emptiness only You were meant to fill. Lord, I confess that I have walked in rebellion, that I have silenced Your voice, that I have hardened my heart.

I let busyness steal my attention, pain convince me You had forgotten me, shame keep me in hiding. I allowed sin to entangle me. And yet, despite it all—You still call me back.

You never stopped loving me,

never stopped watching,

never stopped waiting.

So here I am, Lord,

with all my mess, all my failures, all my wounds—returning. I know You are not a distant God, but a loving Father who longs to bind up the brokenhearted. And I believe Your Word: that You will revive me, restore me, and raise me up to live again in Your presence.

Thank You for not giving up on me. Thank You for every moment You pursued me, even when I was running. Lord, thank You for every tear You caught, every whisper of grace You spoke into my heart when I felt unworthy. Thank You for Your patience, Lord—Your mercy is beyond anything I deserve.

Father,

I repent, I turn away from the things that led me away from You. I renounce every sin, every idol, every false comfort I’ve run to. Jesus, I ask You to cleanse me from the inside out. Purify my thoughts. Renew my heart. Restore the joy of my salvation.

Help me to press in—not just today, not just when things are hard—but every single day. Teach me to seek You diligently. Let me crave Your presence more than anything the world could offer.

Lord,

I ask for revival—not just in my circumstances, but in my spirit. Breathe new life into what has grown cold. Light a fire in me that cannot be quenched. Restore the intimacy I once had with You. Or if I’ve never known it, Father, then let me taste it for the first time—real, living, consuming relationship with You.

I don’t just want

a religious habit—I want a holy hunger,

to just know about You—I want to walk with You,

to keep running in cycles—I want to be transformed.

Your Word says that as surely as the sun rises, You will appear. And I believe that. Even if I don’t see it yet, I trust that You are working. Even when I don’t feel it, I believe Your Spirit is drawing me deeper. Because You are faithful, You are near, You are good.

So I surrender, Lord.

I surrender my will.

My fears.

And my past.

I lay it all at Your feet and I say: “Have Your way in me.”

I choose to return.

And not just with words—but with my life. I give You my heart again. I give You my time, my thoughts, my obedience, my affection. Jesus, I commit to walk with You daily, to acknowledge You in every area, to press on when I feel weak, and to seek You with all I have.

You said You’d come like the spring rains. I believe You are raining down grace even now. Wash over me, Jesus. Let Your presence soften what’s been hardened, let Your Spirit drench every dry place in me. Let Your mercy flow over every failure, and let Your peace fall like rain on every anxious thought.

And when You restore me, Lord—help me not to forget. Help me not to wander again. Help me not to grow complacent or arrogant or distracted. Keep me near to You. Keep my heart soft. Jesus, Keep my eyes fixed on You.

Let me live in a way that honors You.

May my life reflect the miracle of Your mercy.

Let my mouth speak of Your goodness.

May my story testify of restoration.

Lord,

for the one reading this who feels like it’s too late—I pray You would whisper to them now: “It’s not too late. Come home.”

Lord, For the one who feels too broken—I pray You’d remind them: “I am the Healer.”

For the one who feels numb and distant—I ask that You stir their heart to feel again.

And for the one who has tried to come back before but keeps falling—I pray You give them strength to press on, to rise again, to trust that You are faithful to finish what You started.

We are all in need of Your grace, Lord. Every one of us. Let none of us pretend we’ve arrived. Let us walk humbly and honestly, always returning to You—not just once, but again and again, as often as we need.

And I thank You, Jesus,

for the cross—that because of Your sacrifice, there is no separation too great, no sin too dark, no shame too deep, that Your love cannot redeem.

You rose on the third day—and because You live, I can live too. I receive Your resurrection power today. I receive Your grace, Your forgiveness, Your healing.

So let revival begin in me. Let it begin now.

And as You restore me, Lord, use me to be a light for others who need to return. Let my life be a witness that no one is too far gone. Let my words be filled with compassion, my actions reflect Your mercy, and my heart remain soft and surrendered.

Thank You, Father,

for Your unfailing love. Thank You for calling me back.

I return to You now.

And I will keep returning—again and again—because there is no place I’d rather be than with You.

In Jesus’ mighty, merciful, restoring name I pray, Amen.

Prayer for Desperation for Jesus and True Deliverance

Heavenly Father,

I come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, the Son of the Living God. Lord, I confess that I cannot free myself. My strength is not enough, my wisdom is not enough, and my willpower is not enough. I need You. I need Your power, Your mercy, and Your Spirit to deliver me.

Your Word says, “Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they shall be filled.” (Matthew 5:6). Father, make me truly hungry for You — not for comfort, not for control, not for sin, but for You alone. Break every form of complacency, pride, and self-reliance in me. Strip away everything that dulls my heart toward Your presence.

Lord,

I don’t want a shallow faith or a partial surrender. I want to be desperate for You — desperate for Your truth, desperate for Your deliverance, desperate for Your power to transform me. Just as the psalmist cried, “As the deer pants for the water brooks, so pants my soul for You, O God. My soul thirsts for God, for the living God.” (Psalm 42:1–2). Let that cry become the cry of my heart.

Father, I admit that without You, I am lost. I am dry. I am bound. But with You, there is freedom, healing, and new life. Your Word declares, “Call to Me, and I will answer you, and show you great and mighty things which you do not know.” (Jeremiah 33:3). So I call to You now — not with empty words, but with a broken spirit and a contrite heart (Psalm 51:17).

Holy Spirit,

stir in me a holy desperation. Let me no longer tolerate sin, compromise, or spiritual lukewarmness. Let me weep where I once excused, and repent where I once ignored conviction. Birth in me a burning hunger to see Jesus exalted in every part of my life. Consume me with zeal for righteousness and purity. Let me cling to You, Jesus, until freedom fully comes — like Jacob who said, “I will not let You go unless You bless me.” (Genesis 32:26).

Lord Jesus, You are my Deliverer (Psalm 18:2). You are the One who breaks every chain and opens prison doors (Isaiah 61:1). I surrender my life to You completely — my will, my emotions, my desires, my habits, my secret struggles. I give You permission to do whatever it takes to make me free.

Let Your holy fire fall on me. Burn away everything that is not of You. Let desperation birth transformation — and let that transformation glorify You.

Father,

I thank You that You hear the cry of the desperate. I thank You that when I draw near to You, You draw near to me (James 4:8). Lord, I thank You that deliverance is not by might nor by power, but by Your Spirit (Zechariah 4:6).

I ask You to fill me now — fill me with hunger for Your Word, passion for prayer, and sensitivity to Your voice. Let every day be a pursuit of Your presence. Let me never be satisfied with anything less than the fullness of Jesus Christ.

In Jesus’ mighty name,

Amen.

Dead To Sin Alive To God Powerful Declaration

Dead To Sin Alive To God

Father God,

In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, I come before You humbled, grateful, and desperate for deeper revelation of the Gospel. Lord, Your Word says in Epistle to the Romans 6:1–2 (NKJV), “What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin that grace may abound? Certainly not! How shall we who died to sin live any longer in it?” Father, I thank You that grace is not a license to remain bound, but a divine empowerment to walk free. Today I stand on Your Word and declare: I am dead to sin and alive to God in Christ Jesus.

Lord,

I confess that for too long I have focused only on my sins—the acts, the failures, the repeated mistakes. I have grieved over the spiderwebs but forgotten about the spider. Yet Your Word reveals that my greatest problem was not just the sins I committed, but the sin nature I inherited. I was born in Adam, shaped in iniquity, carrying a principle within me that produced disobedience. But I thank You that what was inherited by birth has been terminated by death—by the death of Jesus Christ.

Father,

I praise You for the precious blood of Jesus. Your Word declares in 1 John 1:7 (NKJV), “The blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses us from all sin.” Thank You that the blood cleared my record. Every accusation, every failure, every hidden thing—washed away. The blood was the divine “clear” button over my past. You satisfied the righteous demands of justice through the sacrifice of Your Son. I stand forgiven, justified, and accepted.

Lord,

I thank You that the blood also cleanses my conscience. Hebrews 9:14 (NKJV) says, “How much more shall the blood of Christ… cleanse your conscience from dead works to serve the living God?” I silence every condemning voice in my mind. When guilt rises, I apply the blood. When shame whispers, I apply the blood. And when memories try to torment me, I apply the blood. I declare that my conscience is cleansed, purified, and at peace because of Jesus.

And Father,

I thank You that the blood conquers the accuser. According to Revelation 12:11 (NKJV), “And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony.” I overcome Satan’s accusations today. The enemy cannot use my past against me because it has been covered, redeemed, and erased by the blood of the Lamb.

But Lord, I do not stop at the blood. I thank You for the cross.

Your Word says in Epistle to the Romans 6:6 (NKJV), “Knowing this, that our old man was crucified with Him, that the body of sin might be done away with, that we should no longer be slaves of sin. ” Father, I declare that my old man was crucified with Christ. Not will be crucified—was crucified. This is a finished work. Two thousand years ago, when Jesus died, I was included in His death.

I thank You that His death was substitutionary—He died for me. And His death was inclusive—I died with Him.

Your Word says in Epistle to the Romans 6:4 (NKJV), “Therefore we were buried with Him through baptism into death, that just as Christ was raised from the dead… even so we also should walk in newness of life. ” Father, I declare that I was buried with Christ. My old identity, my bondage, my addiction, my sinful nature—buried with Him. And just as He was raised, I have been raised to walk in newness of life.

Lord,

renew my mind with this truth. You said in John 8:32 (NKJV), “And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.” I choose to know, I choose to believe, I choose to anchor my faith not in my feelings, but in historical, finished, redemptive reality. My freedom does not depend on how I feel today. It depends on what Jesus accomplished on the cross.

Father, I reckon myself dead indeed to sin, but alive to God in Christ Jesus.

As Your Word declares in Epistle to the Romans 6:11 (NKJV), “Likewise you also, reckon yourselves to be dead indeed to sin, but alive to God inChrist Jesus our Lord.” Today I make that conscious act of faith. I consider my old self executed with Christ, I see my sinful nature nailed to the cross, I refuse to identify with what You have already crucified.

Lord, I present myself to You. Romans 6:13 (NKJV) says, “And do not present your members as instruments of unrighteousness to sin, but present yourselves to God as being alive from the dead.”

So I present my eyes to You—let them look upon what is pure. I present my ears to You—let them hear what is holy. My hands to You—let them serve righteousness. My mind to You—let it meditate on truth. And my body as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to You.

I thank You that I am no longer under the dominion of sin.

Romans 6:14 (NKJV) declares, “For sin shall not have dominion over you, for you are not under law but under grace.” I declare that sin is not my master. Nor am I its slave. I have been delivered from its authority through death with Christ.

Father, I renounce the lie that I must live in repeated sin until physical death rescues me.

I will not wait for my funeral to experience freedom. Today, I look back to Calvary. I look back to the cross. Today, I look back to the moment when Jesus said, “It is finished.” I receive deliverance from sin now.

Your Word says in Galatians 2:20 (NKJV), “I have been crucified with Christ; it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me.” I declare this over myself: I have been crucified with Christ. The “I” that was enslaved to sin no longer lives. Christ lives in me. His life is my life, His power is my power, His Spirit is my strength.

Holy Spirit, I thank You that I am not left empty. But I am not just dead to sin; I am alive to God.

Romans 8:9 (NKJV) says, “But you are not in the flesh but in the Spirit, if indeed the Spirit of God dwells in you.” I thank You that the Spirit of God dwells in me. I am not a dwelling place of sin—I am a temple of the Holy Spirit.

Teach me to walk in the Spirit. As Galatians 5:16 (NKJV) says, “Walk in the Spirit, and you shall not fulfill the lust of the flesh.” I choose relationship over rules. Right now, I choose intimacy over legalism. I choose dependence over self-effort. Empower me to yield to Your promptings, to listen to Your voice, to obey Your leading.

Lord,

by the Spirit, I put to death the deeds of the body. Romans 8:13 (NKJV) declares, “For if you live according to the flesh you will die; but if by the Spirit you put to death the deeds of the body, you will live.” I do this not from a place of striving, but from a place of already being crucified with Christ. I cut off triggers, remove access points, and shut doors that lead back to bondage. Not to earn freedom—but because I am free.

Father,

thank You for the two ordinances that remind me of this truth: communion and baptism. When I take communion, I remember the blood that cleansed my sins. When I remember my baptism, I remember that I died with Christ, entered the grave with Him, and rose with Him. I do not identify with my past, my failures, my temptations, or my struggles. My identity is in Jesus Christ.

Today, I declare:

Repeated sin does not define me; my union with Christ defines me. I am not a slave struggling toward freedom, but I am a son walking in freedom already secured.

Lord, where I have tried to defeat sin with discipline alone, forgive me.

Where I have trusted in fasting, routines, or human effort as the ultimate solution, correct me. I thank You that while spiritual disciplines are valuable, only death kills the flesh—and that death has already occurred in Christ.

Today, I receive abundance of grace and the gift of righteousness. I reign in life through the One, Jesus Christ. And I declare that I will not experience mere victory over sin—I will experience deliverance from sin’s dominion.

Father,

anchor this revelation deep within me. Let it move from information to transformation. Let it reshape how I see myself. When temptation comes, remind me: “You died.” Or when shame rises, remind me: “You were crucified with Christ.” When condemnation whispers, remind me: “There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus.”

I praise You for the Gospel, for the cross, for the blood,  for the indwelling Holy Spirit. I praise You that I am part of a new humanity in Christ—the last Adam ended the old race, and the second Man began the new.

Today I stand as the living dead—dead to sin, alive to God.

Sin has lost its claim. The grave has lost its hold. The flesh has been crucified. The Spirit now dwells within me.

I surrender afresh, I yield completely, I trust wholly in the finished work of Jesus Christ.

In Jesus’ mighty and victorious name,

Amen.
