Use these reflection prompts each morning or night to remain aware of your thoughts, habits, and spiritual alignment.

1. Am I delaying something the Holy Spirit already prompted me to do?
“Do not withhold good from those to whom it is due, when it is in your power to act.” – Proverbs 3:27 (NKJV)

2. What excuse have I made today that might be masking fear or laziness?
“The lazy man says, ‘There is a lion outside! I shall be slain in the streets!’” – Proverbs 22:13 (NKJV)

3. Did I do what I said I would do today? Was I faithful to my word?
“Let your ‘Yes’ be ‘Yes,’ and your ‘No,’ ‘No.’” – Matthew 5:37 (NKJV)

4. Have I asked God for strength to do what I feel too tired, fearful, or
overwhelmed to begin? “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” – Philippians 4:13 (NKJV)

5. Is there a task I’ve been avoiding that, if done, would bring peace or progress? “To him who knows to do good and does not do it, to him it is sin.” – James 4:17 (NKJV)

6. Am I avoiding responsibility out of fear of failure or fear of man?
“The fear of man brings a snare, but whoever trusts in the Lord shall be safe.” – Proverbs 29:25 (NKJV)

7. Have I honored God with my time, or wasted hours on distractions?
“Redeeming the time, because the days are evil.” – Ephesians 5:16 (NKJV)

8. Did I prioritize spiritual things over comfort and entertainment today?
“But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness…” – Matthew 6:33 (NKJV)

9. Is perfectionism stopping me from starting something God asked me to do? “My grace is sufficient for you, for My strength is made perfect in weakness.” – 2 Corinthians 12:9 (NKJV)

10. Have I leaned on the Holy Spirit today for wisdom and strength—or relied on my flesh? “Not by might nor by power, but by My Spirit,” says the Lord of hosts.” – Zechariah 4:6 (NKJV)
